Shipping policy
International Shipping:
For our international customers, we utilize DHL Fly at Your Door service to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The shipping time is typically 2 to 3 weeks. However, please note that in rare cases, shipments may be held up in customs, which could extend the delivery time to 3 to 4 weeks. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the best service and will work to minimize any delays.
Domestic (Pakistan) Shipping:
For our local and Pakistani customers, the shipping time is estimated to be 1 to 2 weeks. We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to ensure a quick and efficient delivery process within the country.
- Free shipping all across Pakistan.
- A 2000 or 10% (whichever is higher) token amount is compulsory for all orders. The token money will be deducted from the total amount when an order is dispatched.
- No order will dispatched without a token advance
- Token money is non-refundable in case of refusal to take delivery or not receiving the parcel when dispatched.
- Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
- Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- The courier delivers parcels between 9 am to 5 pm.
- Our shipping partners include UPS, Fastex, and Call Courier.
- When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
- If there is no secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.
- All parcels originate from our dispatch warehouse in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Order can take up to 2 to 3 weeks in case of mishandling by the courier. We advise you to be patient if the order gets delayed.
Shipping Origin:
Please be aware that we are based in Pakistan, and all orders are dispatched from our location in Pakistan. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its status.
Customs and Duties:
For international orders, please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any additional charges incurred due to customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.
